Results from a short mini-stream with @taurson earlier this week. Applejack is supposed to be a little taller than Pinkie, but Ponk is thiccer than AJ. All those sweets have to go somewhere!
And it’d been entirely too long since I’d drawn my griffon gal, Gia. Wanted to add more muscle to show her as the intimidating mountain of catbird she really is.
Okay, let’s try this drawing thing again, shall we?
As I always say, when in doubt, draw Applejack. I wanted to try drawing her as quickly as possible, without using the usual template. By the end, I decided the lack of quality wasn’t worth it, and taking my time is the way to go. Best Pony deserves it.
I can still somewhat draw on my cracked screen Note 3.
Surprise stream results. I had the urge to try some new eye designs to further differentiate the gals. Thoughts?

That’s right, while everyone else is doing Inktober or Spooptober or what have you, I’m drawing Applejack. October is National Apple Month (in the US, anyway), so I’ve decided to dedicate it to the Best Pony.
Before I go any further, let me preface this by saying I can almost guarantee I won’t be drawing an Applejack every single day. I’ll try, but I know how quickly I can burn out, and the last thing I want is to get tired of drawing my favorite horse.
That being said, Happy Jacktober, y’all!
In other news, I’ve hit another milestone!
Thank y’all so much! This legitimately brought a tear to my eye. I honestly thought I’d peaked back around 700 a long time ago. At one point I was actually losing followers, most likely due to lack of updates, among other things. It’s awesome to know there are still people out there that are just now discovering me and liking what they’re seeing.
I was feeling a bit more confident, so I decided to open up a ko-fi! If anyone enjoys what I do and wants to help out now and then, well, now you can. Anything helps!
Now, what to do if I ever hit 1000…
