Tried to shake off the rust last night during a stream with some friends. Various ponkenings ensued, followed by human practice. What’s with the lack of human Cloud Chaser art? Seriously fandom, what are y’all doing?
Oh, I forgot to post this 30 minute challenge. I know it’s not Jacktober-related, but I hope y’all will let this one slide.

So, Everfree Northwest was this past weekend. And I had an absolute blast! Most fun I’ve had in years. I got to hang with the Berrytube crew, and finally got to meet so many artists I’ve considered friends and inspirations for years now.
Being around so many kind, talented people, I couldn’t help but feel inspired to bust out the sketchbook, for probably the first time in about two years. What better way to start fresh than with my three favorite pony gals? I was also pleasantly surprised with how Sunset turned out. I think I may be getting the hang of this human face thing.
Shoutouts to all the awesome artists I got to meet and/or hang out with for the first time, @taurson (you rock, dude!) @ncmares, @lilfunkman (you have to come back next year, you took the bribe), @bobdude0, @whitediamondsltd, @dawnf1re, @amarynceus, @miokomataz (NSFW), @couchcrusader, @moozua, @silfoearts, and various others I’m probably forgetting, but it doesn’t mean meeting you was any less significant. I’m already absolutely stoked to go back. If things go well enough through the year, I just might vend a little. Maybe some buttons and stickers. Anything y’all would like to see and might want to buy? Just let me know so I can get to work on them.

I wanted to try something different, so I challenged myself to do what I could in 90 seconds, with a different brush for each. Ponk was crayon, AJ pencil, Derp watercolor. They’re not terrible, surprisingly!

Sketchy stuff from last night’s stream. It was pretty fun, aside from trying to get my mic to work (I gave up after about 20 minutes). Probably the most people I’ve ever had watching outside of a multi, thanks for the cute requests. And thank you again, all y’all that came by!
