I like pandas.

Hey y'all! It's art and stuff.

Doodle a day #11, Pinkie Pie!

I love Pinkie (she’s my second favorite overall). Her seemingly boundless energy may put off some people, but it’s endearing to me because it’s fueled by her genuine need to make others happy. One of the most heartbreaking things in the show is a sad Ponk.

Also, it’s another headcanon of mine that she’s the final boss of the series. Seriously, Pinkie knows all. Pinkie sees all. She’s behind everything! Doubt me now, but come season 11, everyone’s gonna look at me like I’m some sort of pony prophet.

(Just keep all of that between you and me though, if it gets back to the writers that I’m onto them, they’ll have to drop the whole thing. Shh, no telling. Pinkie Promise!)

Doodle a day #10, Bon Bon Sweetie Drops. (Special Agent Sweetie Drops, to be exact.)

Whoops, I almost forgot her! Bad artist. Anyway, I imagine she had to go through some rigorous training to be a part of Celestia’s super secret monster-hunting agency.

A little Christmasy thing I did for a friend across the pond. Who doesn’t love seeing their OC in socks, pole dancing on a giant candy cane? But yeah, Merry Christmas, y’all.

Doodle a day #9, Big Macintosh.

Everyone’s favorite big brother, and overall amazing stallion. It’s a shame there are so few positive male role models in this show, but Big Mac is a standout. He’s calm, stoic, dependable, and a bit shy, but he’ll do anything for family. Sometimes he doesn’t know his own strength though.

Doodle a day #8, Carrot Top Golden Harvest.

Honestly, I don’t know much about her. But supposedly she’s got quite a few fans, and I do like earth ponies. Her mane design is actually rather unique, considering how little we see of her. Maybe we’ll get another Slice of Life-type episode next season…

Not officially a Daily Doodle, but someone complained I drew a sad Lyra. THEN he complained that I don’t draw enough Lyra.
He obviously likes Lyra.
So here’s another Lyra. Gawd, now you can stop whining.

Doodle a day #7, Cherry Berry!

Okay, yes, she’s basically a Berry Punch palette swap, but she’s also Ponyville’s only earth pony pilot! That’s a pretty amazing achievement in a society where the flying is generally left up to only one race.

Huh, now that I think about it, I wonder if they’re related? The Berry Sisters. Yeah, that’s my headcanon now.

I’ve been slacking a bit lately on the Daily Doodles. Mainly because of work (10+ hour days will wear on you eventually). As an apology, here’s a Bonus Berry.
Edit: Now with more barrely goodness.

Doodle a day #5, Spike!

Officially, screw all y’all Spike haters. I like the little guy, especially in the earlier seasons. He added some much needed snark. His standalone episodes seem to be the writers’ way of venting frustration by taking it all out on him, which is unfortunate. There’s a reason he’s Twilight’s number one faithful assistant and friend, they’re both at their best when they’re together. Maybe Season 6 will finally give him the respect he deserves.

Well, I can hope.
